The Custom House Hotel at Excel was built in 2001 and in 2005 merged with the Quality Hotel @ Excel which shared the same building. It is situated opposite the ExCel Exhibition Centre and Custom House Silverlink & Docklands Light Railway Station. There is a direct bridge link between the hotel and the Excel centre.
